Job summary
Human Interest is building a high-impact mobile engineering team to shape the future of our mobile app experience for employees managing retirement accounts and admins. You will recruit, mentor, and lead engineers across iOS, Android, and cross-platform frameworks, owning mobile architecture and release governance.
You will partner with Product and Design to deliver a robust, scalable mobile solution, driving telemetry, quality, and performance while expanding our platform to support new admin
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience leading software engineering teams with a mobile focus.
- Proven track record shipping production iOS, Android, or cross-platform apps across multiple store release cycles.
- Experience with fintech, security-sensitive applications, or regulated domains is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and hire 3+ top mobile engineers.
- Drive the execution of mobile roadmaps across employee and admin product surfaces.
- Oversee release engineering practices including pipelines, sign-offs, and staged rollouts.
- Collaborate with product, design, operations, and backend teams on API contracts and integrations.
- Establish and maintain mobile observability using Braze, Sentry, or Datadog.
