Job summary

Human Interest is building a greenfield mobile organization in New York City. You will recruit and mentor a team of engineers across iOS, Android, and cross-platform frameworks to deliver mission-critical mobile experiences for our clients and employees.

You will define technical vision, own the mobile architecture, and drive fast, reliable releases with strong telemetry and QA infrastructure. A strong track record in mobile leadership and shipping multi-platform apps is essential.

Qualifications

5+ years leading software engineering teams in mobile apps.
Proven track record shipping production iOS/Android or cross-platform apps.
Experience with mobile release operations, CI/CD, and feature flag management.
Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/Engineering or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the mobile engineering team from the ground up across iOS, Android, and cross-platform tech.
Define mobile architecture decisions and project roadmaps.
Own release governance, store submissions, QA processes, and telemetry integrations.
Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver scalable mobile experiences.
