Mercury in the United States is seeking a Mobile Engineering Manager to guide a seasoned team of Android and iOS engineers building fintech tools that empower businesses and individuals. You will help create a fast, reliable mobile stack that directly impacts customer outcomes and revenue.

You will partner with product, design, and backend leaders to define roadmaps, mentor engineers, and drive scalable, high-quality mobile platforms across the organization.

Competenze

• 5+ years leading mobile engineering teams.
• Experience shipping consumer fintech or SaaS apps.
• Strong knowledge of iOS and Android platforms.
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and influence roadmaps.

Mansioni

• Lead an experienced engineering team of 13, consisting of both Android & iOS engineers, including one backend engineer.
• Mentor, retain, and provide feedback to high-performing engineers of all skill levels.
• Work closely with engineering leaders, designers, product leaders, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Serve as the connective tissue between mobile and the broader engineering organization, translating mobile constraints and opportunities into language that resonates with backend, web, and infrastructure teams.
