Job summary

Quo is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Mobile team, overseeing iOS and Android projects and shaping how mobile is built across the company. You will grow the core team, hire talent, and work closely with product, design, and other engineering groups to deliver customer-focused mobile features.

In this role you will champion quality, reliability, and AI-enabled capabilities, while nurturing engineers and expanding mobile capabilities as a strategic priority for Quo.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a mobile engineering team, either from senior IC to manager or as a manager.
• Strong technical background in mobile platforms (iOS/Android) with credibility to discuss architectural decisions.
• Proven ability to collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders to deliver features.
• Track record of delivering high-quality, reliable mobile experiences in fast-moving environments.
• Willingness to engage with AI technologies and apply them to product development.

Responsibilities

• Lead, grow, and mentor a mobile engineering team focused on iOS and Android platforms.
• Own hiring and onboarding as the team scales and matures.
• Collaborate with product, design, and other engineering teams to ship mobile features.
• Align with the Mobile Foundations platform on shared architecture and tooling.
• Improve reliability and quality of the mobile core experience and differentiate from competitors.
