Job summary

Size Stream LLC seeks a Mobile Application Team Lead to steer a hands-on team building global iOS/Android apps. The role blends coding (50–60%) with leadership, architecture, and process ownership, while ensuring privacy and compliance for mobile scanning solutions.

Expect to mentor developers, manage third-party integrations, and shape CI/CD and agile processes with an eye toward AI-forward enhancements. Hybrid with onsite Cary, NC meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Production iOS and Android apps experience, with code review and store deployment.
• Strong coding skills in Swift and Objective-C; hands-on Android (Kotlin/Java).
• Experience extending legacy mobile codebases and collaborating with QA.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage iOS and Android developers (employees/contractors).
• Design and implement features in Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin/Java.
• Oversee mobile build/release pipelines for App Store and Google Play.
• Maintain and evolve the mobile SDK offering, including docs and versioning.
• Support client developers integrating Size Stream SDKs and APIs.
• Collaborate with back-end teams for API integration; ensure QA coverage.
• Contribute to Agile, CI/CD, and AI-forward tooling initiatives.
• Communicate complex topics clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
