Job summary

Grow Therapy is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead and scale the iOS engineering team. You will own the technical vision, people strategy, and execution for our mobile platform, partnering with Product and Design to craft a polished, consumer-grade app used nationwide.

You will define the roadmap, mentor engineers, and drive high-quality shipping with strong ops. The role is hybrid, with in-office presence required in SF/NYC/Seattle and periodic travel.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 4+ years leading engineering teams.
• 2+ years managing iOS or mobile-focused teams.
• Strong iOS depth including Swift and UIKit/SwiftUI.
• Track record of shipping polished mobile experiences at scale.
• Product engineering mindset linking user needs to mobile UX.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the long-term technical vision and strategy for the iOS platform.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 8–9 iOS engineers.
• Shape the mobile roadmap with Product and Design leadership.
• Drive high-quality, high-velocity shipping with strong planning and delivery.
• Build scalable mobile architecture including CI/CD and tooling.
• Use data to guide decisions and optimize the iOS experience.
• Coach engineers on day-to-day challenges and career development.
• Foster a collaborative, high-trust team culture, including remote work.
