Ford Motor Company is seeking a customer-centric Mobile Engineering Manager to lead a world-class team delivering the Ford App across iOS and Android. You will guide technical direction, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product and design leaders to release high-quality, scalable mobile experiences.

You will foster an inclusive engineering culture, set coding standards, review architectures, and evaluate new technologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading large-scale engineering teams and organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of mobile engineers delivering customer-facing applications used by millions of drivers around the world.
• Provide technical leadership from product conception through production, ensuring scalable, reliable, and high-quality mobile experiences.
• Review and provide feedback on product designs, technical architectures, and engineering approaches.
• Evaluate and recommend emerging mobile technologies, tools, and engineering practices.
• Establish standards for technical documentation, code quality, testing, and operational excellence.
• Partner effectively with product managers, product designers, engineering leaders, and other technical experts to align priorities and deliver customer value.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive engineering culture focused on continuous learning, ownership, and delivering measurable results.
