Qualifications

5+ years hands-on software development experience.
5+ years leading large-scale engineering teams and organizations.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of mobile engineers delivering customer-facing applications used by millions of drivers worldwide.
Provide technical leadership from product conception through production with scalable, reliable mobile experiences.
Review designs and architectures; guide engineering practices and tooling choices.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering leaders to align priorities and deliver customer value.
Foster a collaborative, inclusive engineering culture focused on continuous learning and ownership.
