Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Electrician to inspect, repair, and maintain electrical and mechanical equipment across assigned facilities.

You will support preventive maintenance within CBRE's Engineering and Technical Services, ensuring timely service and safe operations. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 3–4 years of relevant experience, and a Master Electrician license per local electrical codes, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; trade school diploma preferred.
• Master Electrician license required by local electrical codes.
• Valid driver's license required; ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical and lighting systems’ operation, repair, and maintenance. Perform new installations of equipment.
• Check, repair, and replace functional components of electrical and lighting systems (motors, switches, wiring, pumps, etc.).
• Ensure equipment is maintained and operating safely.
• Review maintenance records to plan proactive inspection and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Provide efficient and reliable service to customers and explain complex information clearly.
