CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrician to inspect, repair, and maintain electrical and lighting systems across assigned facilities. You will perform installations, preventive maintenance, and safety checks to support reliable operations.

The role requires a Master Electrician license, 3–4 years of related experience, strong problem-solving with MS Office, and a commitment to CBRE's values. This on-site position offers steady work within a professional services environment.

Competenze

• High School Diploma, GED or trade school diploma with 3-4 years of related experience.
• Master Electrician license as dictated by local electrical codes.
• Valid Driver's license required.
• Meet physical requirements (stooping, standing, stairs/ladders, lifting 40 lbs+).
• MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Understand electrical procedures and problem solving.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
