Job summary

CBRE Electrician role involves inspecting, repairing, and maintaining electrical and mechanical equipment in assigned facilities. You will lead installations, replacements, and safety-focused service to ensure reliable operation.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED with 3–4 years of related experience, plus a Master Electrician license per local codes and a valid driver’s license. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical and lighting systems' operation, repair, and maintenance.
• Perform new installations of equipment and replacements of components.
• Ensure all work is conducted safely and in compliance with code.
• Review maintenance records to plan preventive maintenance schedules.
• Provide efficient, reliable service to clients and internal teams.
• Explain complex information clearly to stakeholders.
