Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrician to inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment in assigned facilities. The role sits within Engineering and Technical Services, supporting preventive maintenance and repairs.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or trade school, plus 3–4 years of relevant experience and a Master Electrician license where required by local codes. A valid driver’s license and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma required.
• Completion of a formal apprenticeship preferred.
• Master Electrician license required per local codes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical and lighting systems' operation, repair, and maintenance; perform new installations.
• Check, repair, and replace components of electrical systems (motors, switches, wiring, etc.).
• Ensure equipment is maintained and operated safely.
• Review maintenance records to plan preventive schedules.
• Provide efficient, reliable service to customers.
• Apply standard procedures to complete tasks and solve routine problems.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values.
• Explain complex information clearly to others.
