Job summary

LiftOne is seeking an experienced Dock and Door Road Technician to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair loading dock and door systems at customer sites. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, accurate paperwork, and maintaining a company van and parts inventory.

The role requires a high school diploma, welding certification or progress toward certification within 30 days, and experience in welding. Valid driver's license and strong customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be a certified welder or obtain certification within 30 days of hire.
• Welder apprenticeship level or 3 years welding experience required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair loading dock and door equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on customer equipment.
• Complete all job documentation accurately and timely.
• Maintain company van and inventory of parts.
• Drive to customer sites for on-site service.
