Job summary

Pearson Peterbilt Group in Georgia is seeking a mobile diesel truck service technician to diagnose, inspect, and repair vehicles at customer sites and our locations. You will perform preventative maintenance, replace parts, and support warranty work.

Candidates must have at least three years of diesel truck service and computer diagnostics experience, be able to read instructions, hold a valid driver's license, and obtain DOT medical certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of diesel truck service experience.
• Experience with computer diagnostics.
• Able to operate power and hand tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, visual inspection, and repair diesel trucks.
• Remove and replace parts and attachments; perform preventative maintenance.
• Conduct warranty repairs and diagnose electrical issues (lights, wiring).
• Weld, cut, and use testing equipment as needed.
