Job summary

Pearson Peterbilt Group is seeking a Mobile Service Technician to diagnose, perform visual inspections, remove parts, and complete warranty repairs and preventive maintenance. You will work on diesel trucks, use power tools, and follow safety practices while delivering excellent service.

This full-time role reports to the Mobile Service Manager, offers overtime, a possible flat-rate plan, and a monthly bonus based on upsales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years of diesel truck service and computer diagnostics experience required.
• Must hold a valid driver's license and meet DOT Medical certification requirements.
• Strong reading, writing, and communication abilities with customers and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair diesel trucks; perform visual inspections and part removal.
• Complete warranty repairs and preventative maintenance services.
• Repair lights, wiring, welding, cutting and other repairs as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and operate power tools and test equipment as required.
