Kooner Fleet Management Solutions is hiring a Mobile Diesel Mechanic/Technician to service Class 6-8 fleets on-site. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment with a company-provided service truck, ensuring uptime for customers and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on diesel tech experience on Class 6-8 trucks and trailers.
• DOT inspection and air brake repair expertise.
• Strong communication with customers and drivers.
• Proficient with mobile apps, navigation, and digital repair tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and diagnostics on Class 6-8 trucks and trailers in the field.
• Handle emergency roadside service with urgency and safety.
• Respond to dispatch requests for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
• Diagnose electrical, brake, cooling, and air systems; use diagnostic tools to identify issues.
• Limit downtime by efficient repairs and safe, quality workmanship.
• Lead safety checks and pre-/post-trip inspections on service trucks.
