Kooner Fleet Management Solutions is hiring a Mobile Diesel Mechanic/Technician to service Class 6-8 trucks and trailers in a mobile field setting. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs with a company service truck at customer sites.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on diesel tech experience on Class 6-8 trucks and trailers.
• DOT inspection and air brake repair expertise.
• Strong communication skills with customers and drivers.
• Must be 23+ with a clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
• Bring your own hand tools; company provides everything else.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite preventative maintenance and DOT inspections.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, brake, cooling, and air systems.
• Perform emergency roadside service when needed.
• Road test vehicles to ensure repairs meet standards.
• Source parts with vendors to keep operations moving.
• Operate a company-issued service truck and conduct pre/post-trip inspections.
