Job summary

Allegiance Trucks, LLC is seeking a Mobile Diesel Technician to travel to customer sites for maintenance and repair of trucks and engines. You will perform troubleshooting, electrical and diagnostic tasks, read repair orders, and carry out repairs on components such as injectors, pistons, and transmissions.

The role requires a valid driver's license, personal hand tools, and a solid knowledge of commercial truck repair.

Qualifications

• Must possess a full set of personal hand tools.
• Detailed knowledge of commercial truck and engine repair.
• Completed diesel/ automotive certificate programs or equivalent hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer worksite to maintain and repair customer vehicles.
• Provide technical service including troubleshooting, electrical and diagnostic services on trucks and engines.
• Read Repair Orders and perform repairs on engines, components, and transmissions.
• Install or replace major components as needed (injectors, pistons, cylinders, transmissions).
• Inspect guards and safety devices; ensure safe operation after repairs.
• Lubricate moving parts and verify repairs by road testing when required.
• Advise Service staff on additional needed repairs.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and proper use of company tools.
• Follow safety procedures and request assistance when necessary.
