Job summary

Cox Fleet is hiring a Mobile Diesel Technician Level II to perform DOT inspections, preventive maintenance, and diagnostics in a mobile field environment. You will work on light to heavy trucks, handling electrical and mechanical repairs with supervision as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience or equivalent in a related field.
• Obtain ASE T8 (PMI) within eighteen months of hire.
• DOT-regulated pre-employment checks and DOT physical required.

Responsibilities

• Perform DOT inspections and PM on light, medium and heavy trucks in mobile field settings.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, braking, cooling, and engine systems.
• Maintain service truck and equipment; document RO details via TRAIT app.
• Communicate with management to obtain approvals and parts as needed.
