Job summary

Kooner Fleet Management Solutions is seeking a Mobile Diesel Mechanic/Technician to service fleets on-site, performing preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on Class 6-8 trucks and trailers. You’ll work with a company service truck, advanced tools, and a supportive team to keep America’s fleets road-ready.

We value independence, reliability, and a safety-first mindset. Requires 23+ years, valid license, and willingness to travel to client sites across our service area.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on diesel tech experience on Class 6-8 trucks and trailers
• DOT inspection and air brake repair expertise
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Own hand tools required

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite preventive maintenance and repairs on Class 6-8 trucks and trailers
• Diagnostics and repairs using diagnostic tools and hand/power tools
• Respond to emergency road service calls and dispatch requests
• Road test vehicles to verify repairs meet quality standards
• Source parts with vendors and maintain safety compliance
• Operate company service truck and perform pre/post-trip inspections
