Job summary

Cox Fleet is hiring a Mobile Diesel Technician Level II to perform licensed DOT inspections, PMs, and follow-up repairs in a mobile/field setting. You will diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems, manage parts on a service truck, and document work using the TRAIT app.

The role requires 3 years of related field experience or a HS diploma with additional certifications; DOT and ASE requirements apply, with weekly pay and benefits described in the posting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with related field experience.
• ASE T8 (PMI) certification within 18 months.
• DOT-regulated pre-employment background screening and DOT physical required.

Responsibilities

• Perform PM and DOT inspections on light to heavy vehicles in mobile/field environment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, braking, cooling, and engine systems.
• Manage parts inventory and document work in the TRAIT app with RO photos.
