Job summary

Cox Fleet, a leading mobile fleet maintenance provider, seeks a Mobile Diesel Technician II in Tolleson, AZ. You will perform DOT inspections, PMs, and light-to-heavy repairs on trucks in a mobile/field environment, using hand and diesel tools, and documenting findings. A valid CDL/driver's license and ASE T8 certification within 18 months are required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED required; 3–5 years related field experience.
• ASE T8 (PMI) certification within 18 months is required.
• Must possess hand tools or provide own set.
• DOT/FMCSA pre-employment screening and DOT physical disclosure.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform PMs, DOT inspections, and repairs on vehicles in mobile/field setting.
• Diagnose and repair electrical/Brake/ cooling systems and related components.
• Inspect, test, and diagnose equipment using diagnostic tools and handheld devices.
• Plan and manage parts inventory and vehicle safety inspections.
• Maintain service truck and document work on RO using TRAIT app.
