FleetPride is seeking a Mobile Service Technician II in Carlisle, PA. You will examine vehicles, provide preventive maintenance, and perform routine and complex repairs on Class 7 & 8 trucks and trailers.

Responsibilities include braking systems, suspensions, electrical, and exhaust systems work, with a focus on safety and efficiency. Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, 3+ years of repair experience, and tools; Diesel tech certification is a plus, and Class A CDL is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Diesel Technology certificate/degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience repairing Class 7 & 8 trucks and trailers.
• Air Brake Certification preferred.
• Welding experience a plus.
• Must provide hand tools, air tools, and toolbox.

Responsabilités

• Examine vehicles to determine extent of damage or malfunction(s).
• Provide customers with preventive maintenance solutions when appropriate.
• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, lubrications, and filter replacements.
• Repair, reline, replace, and adjust brakes (air, hydraulic, electric).
• Test drive vehicles and test components with proper equipment.
• Troubleshoot suspension, electrical, and exhaust systems; diagnose issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and service truck.
