Qualifications

Ability to follow documented technical processes with a high level of quality and detail.
Experience in troubleshooting problems and handling critical issues.
Experience in creating and managing knowledge base documentation.

Responsibilities

Stage and provision the technology according to client specifications.
Monitor and maintain clients' licenses as part of their lifecycle management.
Respond to support requests and cases from end users.

Skills

Following documented technical processes

Experience in connecting mobile devices to networks

Technical competency in mobile and desktop operating systems

Knowledge of Mobile Device Management platforms

Education

Associate's degree or technical trade education

Android, Zebra, or Honeywell certification(s)

MDM certification(s)
