Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
0–2 years in technical, repair, or support role.
Basic understanding of mobile devices and hardware components.
Familiarity with iOS, Android, and/or Windows devices.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Able to follow technical procedures and instructions.
Dependable, self-motivated and receptive to coaching.
Able to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Mobile device setup for iOS, Android, Windows, including OS, apps, security software, and MDM.
Device diagnostics, repair, testing, and corrective actions.
Device configuration and deployment for field use.
Inventory tracking and documentation management.
Use of Microsoft Office and general technical tools.
Collaborate with senior technicians and other teams.
Learn and follow established procedures to support devices.
