Responsibilities

• Unpack, inspect, and verify devices for damage/DOA.
• Configure and stage devices per project requirements.
• Load wireless settings, network configs, and IP info.
• Install, update, and configure software and applications.
• Upgrade firmware and apply patches for optimal function.
• Configure power settings for balance of performance and battery life.
• Charge primary and backup batteries for deployment readiness.
• Perform QA checks to ensure devices are fully operational.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Communicate issues to project leads and supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, safe staging environment.
• Meet production goals and deadlines.
