Job summary

Net2Source Inc. in Orlando is seeking an IT Professional 1 – Mobile Device Support to join our team on a 12-month contract. You will assist end users with mobile devices, communicate IT changes, and collaborate with vendors to ensure smooth service delivery.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience with iOS or Office 365 is a plus, and you will develop user guides and support device

Responsibilities

• Support end users with mobile devices and related services.

• Partner with vendors on service contracts.
• Troubleshoot mobile devices and mobile applications.
• Develop user guides and setup instructions for company-specific mobile applications.
• Coordinate mobile device updates and upgrades with users.
• Document new processes and update existing procedures.
• Support change and release processes for IT systems.
• Produce reports and perform mobile service clean-up activities.
• Cancel unused mobile lines and support device return tracking.
• Manage device decommissioning and shipping to remarketing partners.
• Present clean-up results to the supervisor.
• Ensure users comply with the company's Mobile Policy.
