Qualifications

• Experience provisioning, configuring, and maintaining mobile devices in secure environments.
• Experience applying DoD Cybersecurity policies and STIGs.
• Ability to draft and implement mobile device policies and procedures.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for mobile devices.
• Experience interacting with government customers and providing training.

Responsibilities

• Provision, manage, maintain, and track end user mobile devices for secure and non-secure communications.
• Configure devices per Government directives and DoD policies.
• Baseline and manage device configurations including STIGs.
• Assist Government to draft mobile computing policies and deploy new services.
• Interface with customers to provide training and resolve service issues.
• Maintain device utilization records and lifecycle accountability.
• Coordinate equipment upgrades and disposition throughout lifecycle.
