Job summary

Peraton seeks a Mobile Device Support Specialist to support SITEC 3 EOM at Fort Campbell, KY. The role ensures end user devices are configured, secured, and maintained across DoD guidelines and DISA services, with 24x7 support for USSOCOM operations.

You will manage device provisioning, policy enforcement, IMACs, and training, handling tickets and coordinating with Tier 3, DISA services, and vendors to keep mobile ecosystems running.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher with relevant experience
• Associates/Bachelor/Master degrees with increasing years of relevant experience
• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance required
• DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification required
• 2+ years of experience as a Mobile Device Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provision, manage, and track end user mobile devices and peripherals
• Configure devices per DoD policies and STIGs
• Maintain device configurations and policy management
• Assist in drafting mobile policies and procedures
• Provide training and issue resolution to customers
• Manage device lifecycle and equipment upgrades
• Troubleshoot and repair mobile devices across vendors
