Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years IT experience is desired.
• Must have extensive experience with MS Office (Excel, Access) and computer competences.
• IT experience is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Manage the mobile device program, including maintaining a cell phone inventory and providing printer consumable ordering information based on inventory and usage metrics.
• Troubleshoot and repair on iPhones and flip phones; diagnose problems and perform minor repairs on mobile devices and IT equipment.
• Maintain records of all activities pertaining to the mobile device inventory with high accuracy; provide monthly reports on inventory and usage metrics.
