Job summary

Chandra Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Desktop Support IV to provide mobile device and endpoint support for DHS and DES teams within Wisconsin. This onsite role includes one remote day per week and up to 10% travel for state-wide deployments.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of Microsoft Office experience, 2+ years with Apple iOS devices, and hands-on MDM (Workspace ONE / AirWatch). Strong customer-facing IT skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• 2+ years' experience maintaining, updating and deploying Apple products / iOS.
• 2+ years' experience with Mobile Device Management (Workspace ONE / AirWatch).
• 2+ years' experience in a customer-facing IT role.

Responsibilities

• Provide mobile device support for DHS staff and EHR at centers.
• Configure, deploy, and distribute mobile devices across multiple sites.
• Assist with device sanitization, inventory tracking, and redeployment.
• Provide user training and timely IT support.
• Support OS updates and security patching.
