Job summary

IntelliBee supports Mecklenburg County ITS in deploying mobile devices for the Evergreen Refresh, serving as the first line of support for County-issued devices and ensuring secure, efficient rollouts.

We seek hands-on experience with iOS deployments and MDM platforms, plus strong troubleshooting, scheduling, and documentation skills to minimize disruption and uphold security standards. Collaboration with the UEM team is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with mobile device deployment and iOS.
• Familiarity with MDM platforms (Intune, AirWatch or similar).
• Strong troubleshooting and end-user support abilities.
• Strong organizational skills for device scheduling and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy mobile devices per Evergreen Refresh.
• Coordinate device deployments including scheduling and handoffs.
• Process old devices for secure e-cycling and disposal.
• Provide first-level support for break/fix issues.
• Maintain deployment, inventory, and support documentation.
• Ensure IT security standards during deployment and support.
