Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in adult day services, ABA programs, or developmental disabilities field.
• Prior leadership or staff training experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of IPPs, behavior plans, and community-based supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on coaching, training, and performance feedback to direct support staff.
• Oversee daily operations across multiple community‑based day program groups.
• Ensure services are delivered in a respectful, empowering, person-centered manner.
