Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology or related field.
• Current independent clinical license in Massachusetts (LICSW or LMHC).
• Experience in crisis services or mobile crisis intervention and high-acuity behavioral health settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide staff-centered clinical supervision and document per BHN guidelines.
• Guide clinicians in trauma-informed crisis assessments and stabilization for adults, youth and families.
• Offer clinical consultation and oversight for high-risk situations, including risk assessment and safety planning.
• Support professional development goals and training resources for crisis-service competencies.
• Monitor caseloads, productivity, and documentation quality and timeliness.
