Adapt Integrated Health Care is hiring a Mobile Crisis Therapist in Roseburg, OR for a graveyard 12-hour shift (7:00pm-7:00am) with 3 on/4 off or 4 on/3 off per pay period. The role focuses on crisis intervention, access to treatment, advocacy, and coordination with community partners.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in psychology, social work or related field, MHACBO QMHP eligibility or Oregon license, strong communication, and valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work or related field.
• Current MHACBO eligibility/registration as a QMHP or Oregon licensing board associate registration.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, coworkers and partners.
• Knowledge of psychological theory and crisis intervention practices.
• Strong planning and time management; flexible and adaptive.
• Must be 21+ with valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Co-deploy with law enforcement and EMS to ensure safety and provide crisis care.
• Provide trauma-informed, client-centered services and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with in-house and mobile crisis teams.
• Develop safety and recovery plans for high-risk individuals.
• Maintain documentation and records per policy and state law.
• Engage in supervision and ongoing professional development.
