Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking a Mobile Crisis Therapist to join a community-based mobile crisis response team. You will perform mental health assessments, collaborate with law enforcement, provide emergency psychotherapy, and coordinate follow-up care in diverse settings.

Requires unrestricted PA licensure (LCSW/LPC/LMFT/CAADC) and a Master’s in Behavioral Health or Social Work, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Full-time with night shifts and shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavioral Health or Social Work required or equivalent.
• Unrestricted PA license as LCSW/LPC/LMFT/CAADC or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills expected.
• Experience coordinating with law enforcement on crisis-related calls preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess mental status and risk of individuals in crisis.
• Collaborate with law enforcement on mental health calls and provide resources.
• Provide emergency psychotherapy and determine hospitalization needs when appropriate.
• Document and maintain accurate charts and records of interventions.
• Offer follow-up and coordinate care with community providers.
