Job summary

OhioGuidestone, the state's leader in behavioral health, seeks a MRSS clinician to deliver trauma-informed care in the community—at home, at school, or in urgent settings. The role focuses on rapid stabilization and safe transitions through mobile response services.

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field.
  • LSW, LPC, LMFT or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years working with youth and families in behavioral health or crisis setting.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate values and guiding principles with highest standards of excellence, integrity and ethics.
  • Respond to behavioral health emergencies in a culturally responsive manner.
  • Provide consultation to providers regarding access to mobile response, risk mitigation, triage of care, and clinical topics.
  • Assist with crisis de-escalation, behavioral health assessment, and decision-making related to levels of care.
  • Identify interventions for clients in crisis and engage community partners to develop support plans.
