The role provides crisis intervention and counseling to youth and families in community settings, traveling across Trumbull County to assess, intervene, and link clients to ongoing supports.

The team works within a multi-disciplinary group to prevent trauma and support stable outcomes; requires a Bachelor's degree and LPC or LSW licensure, with valid driving record and 2 years in

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in related field is required.
• LPC or LSW licensure is required.
• Have/are willing to obtain NPI and Ohio Medicaid numbers with assistance.
• Maintain an excellent driving record.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in behavioral healthcare.

Aufgaben

• Provide dedicated crisis counseling for youth and families in crisis.
• Travel throughout Trumbull County to perform crisis assessment/intervention and safety planning.
• Provide brief intervention and follow-up with linkage to services up to 6 weeks.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to reduce trauma and support sustainability.
• Be part of the MRSS team expanding crisis continuum of care.
