Job summary

Unison Health in Napoleon, Ohio, is seeking a Clinical Therapist to join our Mobile Response Stabilization Services (MRSS) team. You will deliver immediate, mobile, short-term behavioral health support to youth and families across a four-county service area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Valid Ohio licensure (LSW, LPC, LISW, or LPCC).
• Strong knowledge of clinical assessment and therapeutic interventions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Mobile crisis intervention and stabilization in the community.
• Provide short-term therapy and care coordination.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and other team members.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation.
• Educate clients and families on mental health options.
