Job summary

Nationwide Children's Hospital seeks a BH MRSS Clinician I to provide face-to-face mobile crisis response for children and families, performing triage, assessments, and care coordination. Qualified candidates have a Master’s degree and Ohio licensure (LPC/LSW/MFT) with crisis management training, and at least one year of crisis-based mental health experience with youth

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited university.
• Ohio licensure in counseling or social work (LPC/LSW) or marriage and family therapy (MFT).
• Crisis Management Training completed.
• One year of crisis-based mental health experience with children/adolescents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts telephone consultation, screening, and triage to assess crisis needs.
• Coordinates services and develops plans to stabilize crises and prevent recurrence.
• Provides care coordination and warm handoffs to current providers and supports.
• Performs mandated reporting as required by law.
• Maintains training and stays current with behavioral health literature.
