Job summary

Sycamores, in partnership with the 988 mental health crisis hotline, seeks a Clinical Supervisor to lead the Mobile Crisis Outreach Team (MCOT). You will provide hands-on coaching, administrative and clinical supervision, and ensure best practices aligned with the agency’s treatment philosophy.

The role involves on-call leadership, collaboration with external partners, and direct support to staff during crisis responses, including safety planning and follow-up.

Qualifications

• Must hold licensure and be eligible to provide psychotherapy in California.
• Must be licensed (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC/PhD or PsyD) and waive-able or registered.
• Minimum 2 years post-licensure with supervisory experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise individual, group, and family psychotherapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clinical supervision to the Mobile Crisis Outreach Team.
• Offer on-call leadership and represent the MCOT to external partners.
• Coach staff in best practices per agency policies and treatment philosophy.
• Collaborate with 988 call center, police, hospitals, and ambulance services.
