Job summary

Sycamores, in partnership with the 988 mental health crisis hotline, seeks a Mobile Crisis Outreach Team Clinician to deliver in-person crisis support and stabilization. You will triage needs, coordinate care, and collaborate with the MCOT to connect individuals with hospitals, housing, and transport across Antelope Valley, San Fernando Valley, and San Gabriel Valley.

Starting pay range is $93,150 to $100,136.25 per year for full-time employment, with a rotating 4 PM–2 AM shift from Wednesday to

Qualifications

• Masters’ Degree in related field required.
• Licensed in the State of California as LCSW, LMFT, LPCC or Psy. D/Ph.D required.
• Must maintain relevant licensure as a condition of employment.
• 2+ years of successful licensure and experience preferred.
• DMH experience preferred.
• Attends trainings required by agency, regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person crisis response and stabilization.
• Coordinate care including locating hospitals, ambulances and housing.
• Collaborate with MCOT Peer Support Specialist and partners.
• Respond to calls across specified geographic areas.
