Job summary

Family Service of RI (FSRI) seeks a licensed behavioral health supervisor to lead the Mobile Response Service and supervise clinicians, case managers, and peer specialists. You will perform crisis assessments, provide brief treatment, and participate in on-call emergency services.

The role requires a Master’s degree in human services, RI licensure as Social Worker/ Therapist/ Mental Health Counselor, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services required.
• Licensed in Rhode Island as Social Worker, Therapist or Mental Health Counselor.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical supervisory experience.
• Experience with emergency evaluations is a plus.
• Spanish speaking preferred and compensated.
• Bilingual/ASL skills compensated by 6%, multilingual by 8% above base.
• Flexible schedule with some evenings.
• Excellent multitasking and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience operating EMR software, word processing and database tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Mobile Response Service and MRSS program implementation.
• Perform crisis assessments and brief treatment as needed.
• Participate in on‑call emergency services and provide clinical training.
