Horizon Health and Wellness, Inc. is seeking a Crisis Specialist to perform face-to-face crisis assessments across age groups in the Pinal County community. You will intervene, triage, and refer to follow-up treatment to support a return to a stable lifestyle.

Horizon provides mobile crisis teams 7 days a week and 365 days a year. This full-time role operates on four 10-hour shifts weekly with varying days, contributing to accessible crisis care across the region.

Qualifications

• Clear verbal communication with patients, families and teams.
• Analytical thinking to assess risks and plan interventions.

Responsibilities

• Provide face-to-face crisis assessment and intervention for all ages.
• Intervene to alleviate immediate crisis, triage and refer for follow-up care.
• May provide outreach to outpatient clients as needed.
• Participate in mobile crisis teams available 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
• Full-time schedule includes four 10-hour shifts with three days off weekly.
