Job summary

Terros Health is seeking a Crisis Specialist On-Call in Kingman to assess and support individuals in crisis. The role involves phone, walk-in and in-home counseling to stabilize emotions and behavior, with strong collaboration with law enforcement and community partners.

Evenings and overnights are available with shift differentials. Arizona licensure is highly preferred (LCSW/LPC/LISAC/LMSW/LAC/LASAC or LMFT) in good standing, with bilingual capabilities considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• Assess individuals in crisis including but not limited to alcohol and substance use issues, psychosis, paranoia, suicidality and domestic violence.
• Provide crisis counseling via phone, walk-in and in-home when appropriate.
• Collaborate with Police, Fire departments and community organizations to ensure safety and referrals.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone, walk-in and in-home crisis counseling to stabilize emotions and behavior.
• Develop short-term crisis management plans with clients and families.
• Make referrals to other agencies and long-term counseling as needed.
