The role involves responding to crises in community and office settings, with on-call shifts from home, aiming to prevent hospitalization for individuals with mental health or substance use needs.

Qualified Professional status and crisis experience are required. The schedule is 15-hour on-call shifts, with a rotating team and guaranteed hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide Mobile Crisis Management (MCM) crisis response services in a variety of settings to help individuals in crisis avoid inpatient hospitalization.
• Respond to crisis events during 15-hour on-call shifts from home or community locations.
• Work on rotation with other staff and maintain a non-office based, on-call schedule.
