RHA Health Services, LLC in North Carolina is hiring a Behavioral Health Specialist III (QP) for full-time Mobile Crisis Management. You will provide crisis response in community, doctor offices, schools and provider settings to help adults in mental health or substance use crises avoid hospitalization.

The position requires living near Rutherford, McDowell, or Mitchell counties and at least one year of crisis experience. On-call shifts run 12pm–3am, 3-4 days per week, with 40 hours paid weekly.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year crisis experience.
• Must meet the requirements of a Qualified Professional.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis response services in community, doctors' offices, schools, and provider settings.
• Respond to crisis events during 15-hour on-call shifts from home or community.
