Job summary

Texoma Community Center is seeking a Crisis Manager to oversee mobile crisis service operations across Cooke, Fannin, and Grayson counties. The role partners with hotline services, emergency departments, psychiatric hospitals, and local law enforcement to ensure timely, compassionate crisis response.

The manager will ensure contracts and licensing requirements are met, promote trauma-informed care, and support the Director with staff accountability and program fidelity to LPHA standards.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or Counseling required.
• Four years of mental health services coordination experience in a comprehensive mental health services facility or community mental health center.
• Demonstrated work history evidencing effective communications with people at all educational levels, coordination of focused workgroup activities, staff training, use of data, and effective report writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, coordinate, and provide oversight for mobile crisis service operations across Cooke, Fannin, or Grayson counties.
• Collaborate with hotline, emergency departments, psychiatric hospitals, and local law enforcement to ensure quality crisis services.
• Ensure compliance with all contracts, applicable rules and regulations and payor sources; ensure LPHA processes meet licensing requirements.
• Support Director in accountability to staff for compliance and fidelity, and for contract/licensing requirements.
