Job summary

Texoma Community Center seeks a Crisis Manager to oversee mobile crisis service operations in Cooke, Fannin, or Grayson counties. You will coordinate with hotline operators, EDs, psychiatric hospitals, and law enforcement to ensure timely, high-quality crisis responses.

The role requires a Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or counseling and at least four years of mental health services coordination.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Four years of mental health services coordination experience needed.
• Licensed professional licenses preferred (LPC/LSW/LMFT) if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversees, coordinates, and provides oversight for mobile crisis service operations.
• Collaborates with hotline, emergency departments, psychiatric hospitals, and law enforcement to ensure quality crisis services.
• Serves as Suicide Prevention Specialist in the community and ensures compliance with contracts and licensing requirements.
• Supports Director in staff compliance and LPHA processes; adheres to trauma-informed care model.
