Job summary

Hill Country Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Centers in Texas seeks an MCOT Lead to supervise the Mobile Crisis Outreach Team, coordinate crisis intake, and ensure TAC compliance. This role requires after-hours flexibility and collaboration with law enforcement and clinic staff. You will onboard and train team members, develop staffing plans, monitor QM metrics, and provide coaching. A master’s degree and relevant license plus Texas driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, sociology, behavioral or human services or related field.
• Must hold a license: LPC, LMFT, LCSW or PsyD/PhD.
• Must have valid Texas driver's license and ability to travel.
• Must become certified in PMAB, First Aid and CPR within three months.

Responsibilities

• Supervise MCOT and agency team members.
• Coordinate staffing plans and on-call schedules with Clinic Director.
• Oversee crisis activations and ensure TAC compliance.
• Provide intake/enrollment for persons in crisis and supervise outcomes.
